Danny + Shelbie

Shelbie worked at the reception counter of a tattoo shop where Danny couldn’t stop coming in for tattoos, because guess why, he had a crush on the receptionist! He LITERALLY kept getting new tattoos just to see her at the tattoo parlour… tell me that isn’t adorable! Fast forward to their wedding day! You guys, it was meant to be.

Danny is a talented chef, so food is very important to this couple (you might remember their coffee filled engagement session at Rockford Roasting Co) and Shelbie is an incredible makeup artist and fashion guru (again, back to their engagement session when Shelbie rocked a leopard print skirt in February… It was amazing!) SO NATURALLY, I knew Danny + Shelbie’s wedding was going to be full of incredible food and the most gorgeous bridal gown known to man. I wasn’t disappointed.

These two tied the knot on the rooftop of The Standard, one of my favorite venues in town… we rode the trolley car to some amazing new art and went wild with photos there… and when the party started, Shelbie surprised everyone with yet ANOTHER DRESS! I mean c’mon, this girl is iconic. Oh, and one last thing, Danny’s brother, Peter, HANDCRAFTED Shelbie’s ring… yeah, I said HANDCRAFTED. How sentimental is that?! I can’t even get over it!

I just adore these two and their love story… Danny + Shelbie had some of the most stunning wedding details ever and I hope you love these photos as much as I do! Oh, and umm don’t forget to check out how dapper Danny looked in his all black suit… black jacket, black shirt, and black tie… future groom’s take note! These two had class for days! 😉

Danny + Shelbie, congratulations again on your incredible wedding… thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to be a part of your most precious day. It means the world to me. I wish you both the most amazing of marriages + the happiest of ever afters.
